The Service Provider may disclose user information as required by law, to protect rights/safety, investigate fraud, or to trusted providers that process data only for NebWork services.

• You are responsible for your account and credentials.
• All content you create (projects, messages, etc.) remains yours.
• You can request deletion of your personal data or account by contacting roftcore@gmail.com.

4. Early Access Disclaimer

NebWork is currently provided as an early access service. Some features may change, be removed, or experience interruptions.

The Service Provider is not liable for data loss or service interruptions during early access.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

6. Security

The Service Provider implements physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
