These Terms and Conditions apply to NebWork (the "Application"), an online web platform created and operated by RoftCore (the "Service Provider").

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. Early Access Disclaimer

NebWork is currently provided as an early access service. Features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued at any time. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or data persistence.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Application.
• Access projects or data without proper authorization.
• Disrupt or overload the service.

All intellectual property related to the Application itself remains the property of the Service Provider.

3. User Content

All content created by users (including projects, messages, and data) remains the property of the respective users.

By using NebWork, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to store and process such content solely for operating the service.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Third-Party Services

NebWork uses third-party services that are subject to their own terms:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of third-party services.

6. Internet & Availability

Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by connectivity issues or external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". The Service Provider shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application, including data loss.

8. Modifications & Termination

The Service Provider may modify or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be published on this page.
